Default Is it possible to change my "account name" via phone support?

Hello!

I'm posting this before I call Arenanet/NCsoft's support to confirm it wouldn't be a waste of time, so, here goes...

Basically, the email address my Guild Wars account is under no longer exists, and/or I have no way of getting to it to get the confirmation email to change the address it's under. If I call the support line, would they be able to change this if they can confirm that it is indeed my account with proof of access keys and other information? If so, what exactly would I need?

Send an email to support and you'll probably get a faster answer. Personally i have no idea or something like that is possible.

Okay if its not linked just make a new email and change it to their, of the old email doesnt respond in 7 days (which it wont) it will change to your new email

how do you change your account name in general? it doesn't seem to give the option under game accounts management.. only password change
